For the Skimmers…

While reading Chapter 1 in my PR Writing textbook , I jotted down a few key points that I’d like to share.

1. A Public Relations writer must determine the purpose of their message and the content of their message before they ever begin to write.

2.  A message’s credibility is crucial, and it is said that exaggerated claims and Hype should be avoided if you want to maintain good credibility.

3.  The Public Relations process involves research, planning, communication, and evaluation.

4.  Good writing skills are not an option but a necessity in Public Relations.
