Key Points

Chapter 6 in my PR textbook had a few key points that I thought I’d share:

  • In PR the next step after research is planning a program or campaign to accomplish organizational objectives
  • Planning must be strategic, creative, and pay close attention to audiences
  • The two main objectives of a program are informational to create awareness and motivational to increase participation or sales
